By doing this you gain the "Protection Rights", so that the OHS Agency may operate within its legal scope in order to protect you from the "insurgents", namely, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and its proxy, the STATE OF HAWAII, and its officials from continuing their harrasments to YOU, the Hawaiian Subjects whom they have NO JURISDICTION over VERIFIED HAWAIIAN SUBJECTS (VHS).
