About the Hawaiian Subject Protection Organization

The Hawaiian Subject Protection Organization (HSPO) has been formed out of necessity. Our homeland—the Hawaiian Kingdom—has been under continuous and illegal occupation by the United States for over 133 years.

Despite the silence of the occupiers, the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists under international law. Its government is in the process of lawful restoration. As this process continues, the people—Hawaiian Subjects—are taking steps to protect themselves, each other, and our national identity from continued violation.

The U.S. and its proxy, the so-called "State of Hawai‘i", continue to impose arrests, detentions, and imprisonments on Hawaiian Subjects without lawful jurisdiction. These actions are illegal and must not be allowed to continue unchallenged.

The HSPO is being established to:

  • Assert our right to protect Hawaiian Subjects from unlawful enforcement and prosecution
  • Organize peaceful rescue and defense actions grounded in the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom
  • Uphold the sovereignty of our nation by empowering the people to act under their lawful status

This is not an act of protest. This is an act of nationhood.

If you are a Hawaiian Subject, your role matters. Sign the petition below to confirm your support for the formation of the Hawaiian Subject Protection Organization and stand ready to protect our people under law.
